Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services.

SECTION 5 – ORDERS, PAYMENTS & EXECUTION
5.1 Order Commitment
Placing an order on SHIPTO constitutes a commitment to proceed under the stated payment, delivery, and pickup terms. Once an order is placed, it moves into preparation and execution.
Orders are not held open for reconsideration.
5.2 Payment Methods

Available only for eligible deliveries within Kampala and surrounding areas

All other orders require payment before dispatch.
5.3 Pickup (Prepaid Only)
Pickup is available for prepaid orders only.
Pickup Location:
Yamaha Center Building, Burton Street, near Old Taxi Park, Kampala.
Pickup is for collection of prepared items. Inspection or decision-making at pickup is not supported.
5.4 Delivery

Local deliveries within Kampala and nearby areas may qualify for Cash on Delivery

Upcountry deliveries are prepaid and attract delivery fees based on district or region

Delivery fees are shown at checkout and are non-negotiable
Orders ship after payment confirmation unless otherwise stated.

Some products are sourced from international suppliers.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMELINES
Delivery timelines vary based on location, item type, and logistics method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guarantees.

SECTION 7 – WARRANTY (LOCAL ELECTRONICS)
Locally stocked electronics come with a minimum one (1) year warranty, covering:

Issues missed before dispatch
All warranty claims are handled in Kampala.
SECTION 8 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is caused by SHIPTO (for example, a wrong item shipped).
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy.
SECTION 9 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SHIPTO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service or products.
Where liability applies, it shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
